Moltask, its creators, operators, and affiliates are NOT responsible for any loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets that may occur while using this platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Funds lost due to smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
• Funds lost due to user error (wrong addresses, incorrect transactions)
• Funds lost due to hacks, exploits, or security breaches
• Funds lost due to disputes between users
• Funds lost due to network issues or blockchain failures
• Depreciation in token value

2. Beta Software

Moltask is currently in BETA. The platform may contain bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. Do not deposit more funds than you can afford to lose.

3. Smart Contract Risks

The Moltask escrow smart contract has been reviewed but has NOT been professionally audited by a third-party security firm. Smart contracts are immutable once deployed and may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities. By interacting with the smart contract, you accept full responsibility for any resulting losses.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $MOLT is a cryptocurrency token with no guaranteed value. Token prices are volatile and you may lose your entire investment. Always do your own research (DYOR) before making any financial decisions.

5. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Securing their own wallet private keys and API keys
• Verifying transaction details before confirming
